Southern California Glamour & Community Traditions

Series Context

From Salt Lake City to Coastal Orange County

Following the breakout viewership of Hulu's Utah-centered reality docuseries, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives expands its lens to the sun-drenched coastal communities of Southern California. Set across Newport Beach, Laguna, and Irvine, Orange County explores how a new generation of Latter-day Saint women balance strict religious tenets with ultra-luxurious West Coast lifestyles, viral content creation, and intense social rivalries.

The spin-off spotlights the friction between conservative community expectations and modern influencer culture, delving into friendship dynamics, business partnerships, and marital complexities under the glare of public scrutiny.
