Sheriff Country is a new American police procedural drama series on CBS, premiering October 17, 2025. Created by Matt Lopez and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer Television and CBS Studios, it is the first spin-off from the successful series Fire Country.
The show stars Morena Baccarin as Sheriff’s Deputy Mickey Fox, who investigates crimes in the fictional Northern California town of Edgewater. Alongside solving cases, Mickey contends with complex family dynamics, including her ex-con father and her wayward daughter.
