South Florida Atmosphere & Tone: In the second season of the ABC crime mystery series created by Robert Doherty and inspired by Carl Hiaasen's novel Double Whammy, Scott Speedman reprises his role as disgraced photojournalist turned private investigator R.J. Decker. Operating across Miami, the Everglades, and the Florida Keys, Decker navigates intricate cases while confronting his unresolved past.
