An ambitious dancer grappling with a career-threatening injury, Terry finds herself drawn into a web of intrigue and dark forces after being taken in by an older couple, played by Dianne Wiest and Kevin McNally, in the mysterious Bramford apartment building.

Terry is offered a chance at fame by an influential Broadway producer, played by Jim Sturgess. However, after a night she can’t fully recall, she begins to question the true nature of the couple’s intentions and the sinister happenings within the building. The movie explores themes of ambition and sacrifice while hinting at the malevolent history of the Bramford, setting the stage for the events that will later unfold in Rosemary’s Baby.

Joining Garner in this chilling tale are incredible actors such as Dianne Wiest, known for her exceptional performances in both film and theater, and Jim Sturgess, who adds depth to the narrative as a charismatic yet potentially dangerous figure. Other cast members include Marli Siu, Rosy McEwen, Andrew Buchan, and Kobna Holdbrook-Smith.

Apartment 7A is produced by a prominent team including Michael Bay and John Krasinski, alongside Nina Byrne, Andrew Form, Brad Fuller, and Allyson Seeger. Their collective experience in producing high-stakes thrillers lends credibility to this project. The screenplay was crafted by Natalie Erika James in collaboration with Christian White and Skylar James, ensuring a cohesive vision that honors the legacy of Ira Levin’s original work.
